Our team of artists work as fast as they can. Usually it takes us 7-10 days to process your order and create the artwork.

We will send you an email about your final image. It is required to be approved within the 48 hours. If it is not approved by then, we print your final image and ship your metal card! Additional charges will apply for revision request after the 48 hour approval time frame, if your metal card was shipped we can provide a reprint of the approved revisioned artwork at a 40% discount. Shipping takes another 5-10 business days on average. 

On average most orders get delivered to customers within 10-14 business days

This is an additional option that is offered at an additional cost which varies between $3.99-$7.99. 

      What is covered:

Lost in Transit: Due to carrier delays we consider lost in transit after 12 business days of no tracking update on the Website.

Delivered, Not Received: This is in the case your order shows it was; however, you did not receive it. (We ONLY approve this coverage after opening an investigation with the carrier and results in the carriers fault ex: delivered to the wrong address)

Damaged: Damages due to shipping handling

Our artists are incredibly talented and always do an amazing job, however, sometimes working from a photo we miss the essence of the person. We are ready to make the revisions you need! There is a limit up to 2 free revisions. After the 2nd revision, depending on the changes, we do charge case by case.

Whatever you want! You just let us know your idea and we will make it happen.

It is the customer's responsibility to specify all details they would like in their order in the order notes. Any details not included in the order notes will be assumed by our artist and will result in additional charges if the customer requires changes.

There will be a charge for changes up until the 3rd revision request. Prices may vary depending on the request.

Your portrait will be digital so it will be emailed to you when it’s complete.  If you purchased the Metal Card, you will receive (Domestic) USPS or (International) FedEx in the mail!

The more photos the better! Just make sure you’re clear about how you’d like your illustration drawn in the picture description and leave the rest up to us!

At Driver Dynasty we hand make and hand draw every single order. Our artists take a lot of care and spend time to make sure it's done perfectly. Due to the fact that everything is customized, we cannot accept any cancellation requests after12 Hoursof placing your order.

Due to the custom nature of the product, orders are non-refundable 24 hours after the order is placed.
We do however offer product revisions if in case a customer is unsatisfied with their illustration.
If merchandise products are received damaged or broken the Company will organize for a replacement product to be sent to you under an accelerated processing time . We only request that you share an image of the damaged product so we can share it with our service provider.

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at info@driverdynasty.com we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.

No, Only 6x4.5 and 12x9 Acrylics come with a base to place on your desk or shelf. The 15x11.25 Acrylic comes with hanging hardware to hang on your wall. (no base included)

How long does it take?

Once we receive your order our artists get started immediately with your outline, once the design is complete it gets sent to be made and shipped.  

Processing: 5-7 business days

Shipping: 3-5 business days

Would I get a preview before it’s made? 

In an effort to get your order to you as efficiently as possible, we do not offer artwork previews or proofs. But don't worry! If your provided photo won't make the best portrait, we’ll reach out to you for a new one.

Can I change the photo before my hoodie is made?

Absolutely! As long as your hoodie has not been made. We can definitely change the image for an additional cost. 

Can I choose the thread color?

We only offer black threading for all of the hoodies except for the black, it is white threading.

Hoodie Cancellation policy: 

Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin the processing your order, so we cannot accept cancellations request. We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of the product. If you believe you received a defective or damaged item, please reach out to Customer Service along with photos of your hoodie and the packaging it came in, to assist you with a replacement. driverdynasty.com reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
